Little Mason will be one soon. His mommy wanted some fun pics for his birthday invitations. She was a little worried that we wouldn't be able to get some great shots, because little Mason is always on the go (like most one year old boys). I came up with an idea to let him finger paint and go crazy, while I photographed it. It was a perfect idea for little Mason! He was so into it, it kept his attention, and made for some unforgettable, all boy pictures! I love being able to customize a shoot for the client like this. I absolutely love these pics and think they are so much fun!

I was so lucky to get to photograph Brynna again, and this time it was for her two year old photos. We had planned to go out to a mustard field for her photo shoot, because her mom and I agreed that flowers would be perfect for a that little girlie feel. The day before the shoot, I went to check out the location, only to find the flowers had all been mowed down. We postponed the shoot, and started looking for a new location. Brynna's mom picked the Zoo garden, and I am so glad she did. Brynna had fun running around the flowers and the colors were a perfect compliment to her dress. We got up bright and early to get some pretty morning sun,but it ended up being cloudy. We lucked out though, and just missed the rain. I love these shots and hope her family does too! Happy birthday Brynna!

Isn't Jadyn just darling?! I took pictures of her older brother and sister and some of her family before she was born, so I was excited to see who she would look most like. She is so cute with her tan skin and dark hair. I think she's going to look like her big sis! She was not super fond of me moving and positioning her while she was trying to nap, but she gave in to me after a while and I got these adorable shots! I hope to be able to photograph her more as she grows.

Elaina came to me for her first pro pics ever, as a sweet little newborn. When her mom scheduled with me for her 3 months portriats, I was more than excited. I love being able to watch how my clients change and grow over time. It's one of the most fun parts of my job! I was doubly excited this time because I would be meeting Tatiana, Elaina's big sister. When Tatiana came, I was instantly in love with her big brown eyes! She is gorgeous, and a perfect model and big sister. I am so excited to be able to continue to capture these two beauties throughout their stages of childhood, so that their parents can forever remember when they were "this small". Can't wait to see them again when Elaina turns 6 months!
I was lucky enough to get to spend some more time with Mr. JW. You may remember him from his family pics just a few weeks back. His mom, Liz, decided it was time JW came into the studio for some individual portraits, and I am so glad she did! JW has the sweetest calm nature and was just a little joy to work with. We tuckered him out on this shoot, just like we did on the last one. I was kind of happy he feel asleep though, because I was able to get some precious sleeping shots. After all, nothing is more precious than a sleeping baby!
